That's the reason why we do everything possible to attain the highest quality for our products and services:
- In the case of wine, by taking pains to keep the crop small, taking great care of the vines, and then gentle and careful treatment in the cellar. The wines are fermented in a combination of traditional and modern methods in old oak casks and partly in stainless steel vessels.
- In the case of our restaurant and wine bar, by means of attentive and professional service and a menu that is perfectly suited to the wine – and all of this in a cosy atmosphere.
